You can also submit your registration online and then mail in your check. Checks are due within 7 business days of registering online. Please include a copy of your registration data with your check to speed processing. As of January 31, 2007 checks will not be accepted for new online registrations due to time constraints. To make any special payment arrangements after that date, please contact us at (703) 465-2930.
Cancellations/Transfers All cancellations and transfers must be made in writing. Send cancellations/transfers by mail to the US-Taiwan Business Council, by fax to (703) 465-2937, or by e-mail to JPayne(at)us-taiwan.org.

Written cancellations received by 5:00pm PST on February 5, 2007 will be refunded less a 10% processing fee. We regret that no refunds can be made after that date.
Registration Rates
Attendee Rate (US$175) The Conference fee provides access to all speeches and panels, and includes lunch.
Speaker Rate (US$0) Speakers and Moderators receive complimentary registrations. Please complete a registration form so that we can plan appropriately for your attendance.
Special Sponsor Rate (US$0) Sponsoring companies have several complimentary registrations each. Distribution of these complimentary registrations will be determined by the main sponsor representative. However, we ask that you please complete a registration form so that we can plan appropriately for your attendance.

Hotel Payment Guarantees All hotel reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
Hotel Cancellation Deadline 3pm on your arrival date
The Conference
Conference Check-in Desk Before being admitted to any conference session or meal, participants must visit the Check-in desk to receive a name badge and conference materials. The Check-in desk will be located adjacent to the conference meeting rooms.
Name Badges Name badges must be worn at all times while attending conference events.
